Joseph came out to replace an existing thermostat with a new ecobee smart thermostat. I laid it all out then told him the issue of no power to the thermostat; he got to work. Thermostat got power but then stopped working after he left. Asked him to come back and take a look again and he said it was going to be another charge for a job that he did not successfully solve in the first place. A great company to work with that is honest, thorough and offers prices that are affordable considering the current rates. I needed my evaporator coil replaced and was very nervous about choosing a company to service my unit as this was my first issue. I of course googled and ended up calling the bigger 3 companies who each came out and basically attempted to get me to pay for the change without even offering to do a leak test. Had Joesph come in super late notice and was able to diagnose an issue and solve it right away. He is quick and knowledgeable and very helpful. Will be using his services again!
