Workers are helpful and fast
The only nice people here are the ones at the window when you actually go in. Your case workers are rude, the people who answer the calls ALWAYS give you wrong information and are rude. If any of these workers are church goers then they need to seek GOD a whole lot more! There needs to be a complete overhaul of this system or they need to open a new office and ease the workload.
