Tired of finding fentanyl and burnt foil everywhere. Landlord even admitted it in a letter. Kids always screaming and running up and down the stairs. Drug deal out in wide open site, plain as day. Drug dealers sit in there cars on the street and make drops to the units. Landlord is forgetful, never remembers anything. Run and don't turn back.
Lived there yrs ago. Would not recommend it would never. kids run up and down the hallways and the stairs all night long parents don't care cars get broken into management sucks they don't care about the mold or the leaks at my place flooded from the Upper Floor they did nothing about it.
Unfortunately they have let in a bunch of drug users that sit outside using drugs every single day
Put in the same maintenance request over and over. They delete it and mark it as done/complete when they never came and did anything.
