Lived there yrs ago. Would not recommend it would never. kids run up and down the hallways and the stairs all night long parents don't care cars get broken into management sucks they don't care about the mold or the leaks at my place flooded from the Upper Floor they did nothing about it.
Unfortunately they have let in a bunch of drug users that sit outside using drugs every single day
Put in the same maintenance request over and over. They delete it and mark it as done/complete when they never came and did anything.
Charges move outs to remodel units and puts in higher end materials while they are at it. For example get charged for total flooring replacement on a ten year old carpet and maybe older lanolium in kitchen or bathroom. Usually one employee for the whole property. If anything major happened it was blamed on tenant and if it couldn't bel they were stuck with half measures until they movrd or ran away Most likely the regional is still that narcissist,two faced megalomaniac woman that thinks she is god's gift to the world. Me and my parents lived here, and I think the only good thing about it was he pool. and that's it. the rent was way too much for the small amount of apartment you get.
