great bedside manner
The visit with the doctor was fine, but he said he would have another doctor's office call me and it never did. I called the office back a couple of weeks later requesting the other doctor's number. The receptionist said they would reach out to the doctor again, but I still have not received a call.
Excellent. Explained everything clearly. Made us feel comfortable with him and with procedure to come. Staff extremely helpful and efficient.
