Brad Franc at the Pittsburgh location is a lying, unethical B-Tard. Bamboozled my family out of thousands of dollars. Completely unethical person at every level. DO NOT trust him or his firm. Matters were elevated to more senior leadership, but overlooked. Brad will personally nickel and dime you, then when the chips are down will throw you to the wolves the second you are not of monetary value to him or H&H. Reading his company profile gives me reflux. Shameful, shameless, for shame on every level.
