Possibly the worst place ever to do business! We bought a stainless steel fridge from them, the guy delivered it without even putting the doors back on. He had to send someone out the next day to turn it on and put the doors on it. Well, then it doesnt cool right. Fridge temp was 58! Freezer 38! We called for two full days trying to get someone out to look at it, they never answer, or they say "oh well, ill come take a look at it tomorrow." Well tomorrow rolls around and they never show! Great place to buy good used appliances. They will deliver too.
Long time customer, lost due to poor customer service by maintenance worker. After numerous calls to him he promised to be by to work on dryer. 3 weeks went by with no sight of him and everytime I called he was always hateful towards me and would sometimes hang up on me. Needless to say that dryer went to the dump. Great friendly owners but the people who work for them are sorry!
