Please repair your spinning bikes, it took me 3 bikes to get ONE that was in working condition. Broken petals, seats and handle bars won't stay up, missing bottle holders, gears broken.
I just started going there and I really enjoyed it. It's a small gym but you have everything you need to have a full workout. I'm so glad I signed up

I did not work out at the gym but needed to rate it as I got some humanitarian help from three strong folks from the gym. My wife drove her car into a ditch right by the gym on Durham and was one wheel in the air. When I went for her rescue, luckily she was ok but couldn't get the car out. As I was trying to get road side assistance, two strong gentleman and a strong lady from the Houston Gym walked over, offered assistance and made it look like an easy job to pull a car out of a ditch. I love this place ! Everyone is pretty chill and nice.
In Houston on vacation and got a 24 hour pass here. Went twice. Loads of good, old school equipment. Great staff, full of helpful recommendations both inside and outside of the gym. Thank you to the PT for the post workout Laredo Breakfast Taco recommendation.. sublime!
