Unbelievable bad service. I never imagined there are still business operate in this way. If you are not organised to send the order details, update on missing items from a fully paid order .At least reply to emails, have a someone to answer calls, or at least have a message system for someone to he able to leave a message. I wish I knew your miserable business situation. I never needed to be forced to write this .
