He's a great doctor if you can actually get in to see him. Office staff isn't helpful. Better have the right insurance.
Dr. Li has been a great doctor. He takes the time to talk to me, I don't feel rushed like a lot of other doctors have done. I've never had issues with his staff like others have.
Dr Li and his staff are top notch, office staff was nice as they could be and actually got me in earlier than my appointment time, wish some other doctors were this punctual
Dr. Spencer Li is fine but his billing staff is terrible. When I need follow up visit, they call me schdeul Zoom visit and charge me copay by phone. Now 9 month later, they send other bill to me try to charge it again. I told them I had paid before the zoom visit. The lady tell me I need talk with my insurance for this copay or I will never see this doctor again. Fine, I really don't want to see those people again.
