The staff is very unprofessional and never returns calls when they say they will, even in very important situations.
Went to Spencer Li for first visit, told him about my syndrome. He didn't do any checking on my body, and went straight to advise me to arrange for colonoscopy check as he said without the report, he cannot give any advise, make sense to me (I didn't arrange for the colonoscopy check at the end). However, when the bill came for the first visit, it stated in the bill that he had done the Colon cancer screening and Alcohol screening which it didn't happen.
