Worse place to ever get repairs done. I waited two weeks just to get a diagnostic before they can work on it.

two hour wait just to get to counter..
Jerry sucks!! Arrived will call at 5:50 to pick up part for truck. Jerry informed me that he was only helping 3 of the 5 of us in line. I asked, that didn’t Will Call stay open until 6:00? He said “yes, and I’m leaving at 6:00”. Although I know nothing will come of this, it put my already thin timeline Into jeopardy!

its so ridiculous that you have too sit for an oil change for two to three hours after truck is in the bay. they don't communicate with you unless you go run them down and push them to finish. Don't come here

Hello Corey! Yes, we would agree that three hours for a simple oil change is unreasonable. However, I believe you failed to mention that you received a preventative maintenance service that included a 115 point inspection, chassis and fifth wheel greasing, oil change, and filter change. Also, the your ticket was written up at 1:43 and there was a technician on your vehicle at 1:47. They finished the repairs at 3:34 and it did appear there was an issue with getting an authorization for the EFS check (which unfortunately is ou... read more
