Dr. Stran screwed me over big time. He's too busy to do my surgery that he scheduled TWICE and cancelled both on me 3 days before each time. I had already done all pre-surgery blood work, ekg, filled prescriptions and done paperwork, not to mention having to change my schedule at work twice. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. His office clerk couldn't even offer an apology, she was so embarrassed.

Dr. Strain is the best doctor around and his assistant and Ann Marie is Top Notch. Been going to him for years now and he is taking care of all of my friends and family. There isn't a better Doc in Houston.
