Can’t say enough good things about Dr Cadena. I have been going on and off for years to fix various issues related to sciatica, hip and back/neck pain related to running triathlons. Dr cadena is the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever been to as it relates to anatomy and musculo-skeletal issues and he has been able to successfully treat my issues in 5 or fewer visits. Don’t go into surgery before you see cadena!!! It’s worth it.
Xavier is the man. He’s excellent at diagnosis my running injuries and uses his specialty “ART” therapy to get me back on the right track. I highly recommend Houston Flex.
