Absolutely the worst patient experience. Extremely poor communication. Difficult to contact. They have refused to communicate with the fertility center in the patient's partner's country despite numerous requests. Patient had labs done 5 working days ago today and still cannot get the results, which are needed urgently- results are sitting on the Dr's desk... Totally disappointing experience and will not recommend this institution to anyone. (This is just part of the awful experience with HFI.)
RecommendedIn a word: Amazing. From our first appointment at HFI we were greeted with kindness, excitement, and professionalism from Dr. Hoff and the staff. Dr. Hoff came highly recommended and from day 1 it was obvious why. She has a genuine kind personality and obvious passion for her work. RecommendedA year ago today, we walked into Houston Fertility Institute for our very first appointment with Dr. Witz and had my first set of blood panels done. He had the upmost confidence, he knew we would have a baby. And here we are, a year later, and just hit 30 weeks with our baby girl and I still can't believe it sometimes. This subject has always been such a stigma in society, but I'm not sure why and glad I was able to share with everyone. Thank you to everyone who has shown so much love and support on our continuing journey.❤

RecommendedI don’t normally leave reviews on FB but this place was so amazing I have to. They helped me conceive my son. Dr. Yeh was incredible and so were all of his nurses. Once I was pregnant they helped me through my entire first trimester. Boy did I miss them when I went to a regular gyno!
