Amazing care. Nursing staff - Amy in particular, deserve a fantastic mention.
Everyone was great and quick to respond. We are really going to miss our visits each week.
Always quick to reply to messages on portal. Easy to arrange frequent appointments even last minute or next day. Takes the time to listen to concerns, validates feelings and offers advice.
This was our second time going through IVF process - ending with another successful pregnancy. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would come back again. I appreciated the nurses re-training me in the overall injection process and being patient there. One note - I actually went back to my original IVF process (had to go through two rounds of egg retrieval then) and found enhancements to drugs that happened the second time which yielded better results. Thank you for sll your support and care. We loved our experience with HFI and Dr. Steward. We felt comfortable every step of the way.
There were only two instances where we had a 'poor' ultrasound tech experience, but after the second time, a second set of eyes was brought in to help ensure measurements were done properly. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and we were so thankful for the entire staff helping put our minds at ease after our first natural conception.
HFI, Dr. Steward and his staff are beyond the best in every aspect. They walk you through your journey with kindness and understanding. Each stage I went through, diagnosis, treatments, and ultimately a sucessful pregnancy, they were there ready to answer any questions and give me guidance.
Dr Steward and his staff have been wonderful throughout this entire experience. From the overall wellness and caring to the communication. Dr Steward has an awesome bedside manner and takes time to answer any and all questions we have had!
Dr. Steward was very helpful. Naturally, we had a lot of questions about this process. Dr. Steward and his staff were patient and always understanding. We could not have asked for a better doctor and staff to go through this process with.
