From the intake to the end of the eye exam , everything was good . However, it’s quite disappointing that nobody care to call or text client to give updates on the order status of the newly fitted glasses . I’ll rate them 2 to 2.5 stars for this reason . I finally did call and lady said that it may take for a long while and can’t give eta of the ordered glasses.
Dr. Ullmann, Erma Castillo and rest of staff are attentive and thorough in exam.
