I scheduled an appointment for myself and my kids 3 months in advance so I could get a late in the day appointment since I work full time, I get a phone call a week before I’m scheduled to go in that the Dr won’t see two family members the same day, why didn’t they say that in the first place? Now the next appointment for me is in 3 months??? Disappointing. Not going back to this place.

If you are a new patient thinking of scheduling an appointment here at the Sugar Land location. Please schedule with caution. I did not even make it to the appointment and can already assure you that patient care is definitely not a priority here. I called to schedule an appointment on 12/17/2018 during my lunch hour for Friday 12/28/2018 at 8:00 A.M. Please keep in mind I did this to clear my schedule and make accommodations an arrangements for work 1 WEEK prior to my appointment. I needed the earliest appointment available... read more

I had a great visit with Dr. Dihr. There were very few patients in that day and I got to have a nice conversation with him.

Terrible Experience for me. I will never go there again. I don’t know how many reason that I have not go there anymore. 1. They made it wrong doctor appointment at first. 2. I went there on time at 2 clock but I had to wait more then 2 hours to see doctor. nobody come my room until I asked help in 2 hours. 3. I have no insurance self payment.
