Terrible wait time, not going back. Staff and Doctors are amazing but overbooking is causing severe delays.
Houston Eye Associates is a well run business and my husband has received excellent care by Dr. Lindsey Harris. I go for my yearly exams and use Dr. Matthew Lahmeyer. Dr. Lahmeyer is personable and I receive excellent care from him. Each visit he gives me additional information that enhances my knowledge on how to care for my eyes as I age. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and doesn't try to hurry me out the door. I appreciate him and his staff and will continue to be his patient for a very long time.
The Staff very professional and knowledgeable Dr Atkinson took time to answer all my questions and i didn't feel rushed. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend friends and Family to Houston eye associates.
It really hard to decide how I feel about this location. The people were all very nice and professional. The location is clean. They do tell you your appointment is going to take 2 to 3 hours. The problem I have is that they do not repect the patients time. I spent a total of probably 30 minutes with staff and test and was there a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
