I scheduled an appointment for myself and my kids 3 months in advance so I could get a late in the day appointment since I work full time, I get a phone call a week before I’m scheduled to go in that the Dr won’t see two family members the same day, why didn’t they say that in the first place? Now the next appointment for me is in 3 months??? Disappointing. Not going back to this place.

My experience at HEA was a great one. The staff was friendly and helpful and wait time was practically nothing. Dr. Matthew was thorough and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend and will use her in the future.

Make sure you put aside atleast 2-3 hrs of your time for just a basic eye check up. Just saying.... not expected.

Today, 30 March 2017 my wife had an appointment at Houston Eye Associates in Sugar Land, Texas. All I can say is, “WOW!” My wife was very nervous because she has very sensitive eyes. She is almost completely blind in one eye. She is very concerned about the other eye. So saying she was near panic would not be an exaggeration at all. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. We left home early because it would be rush hour and there is a great deal of construction along the freeway.
