Very friendly staff. Dr. Khalil is great!
Every time I come, yhe receptionist and the tech who scans retina is sooooo rude. The waiting is long, doctor hurries exams and whole experience is unpleasant. Only reason coming here because of location. If not for location, I would go elsewhere.
Update: We went again and saw a new eye doctor. She was very nice but my daughter is special needs and I had to hold her down to dialate her eyes ( no help)... No glasses were given to her after to protect her eyes. I called and left a VM about the PD and no one called me back. They gave me the prescription but never asked me if I needed help picking out a pair of glasses for my daughter. Safe to say I wont return again. My special needs daughter saw Dr. Oscar Gonzales. Initial experience was very chaotic and questioned if I was receiving a quality exam. I purchased my glasses at another retailer. I am on my 4th pair of everyday glasses and 3rd pair of sunglasses that need to be redone because the vision is still off. I thought it was the eyeglass retailer but now thinking it may be the prescription. I was told by Dr. Ebrahimi's office I would have to pay for my visit again in order to get rechecked. I don't plan to go back to this eye doctor. I want someone who guarantees their work.
