Waited MONTHS for an appt for my mom and no one bothered to let us know that her referral expired or that we even needed one. I have never seen such an unorganized office. They were not helpful whatsoever. They just told me it’s my job to know this. Seriously?
My 3 yo daughter had eye exam in your Sugar Land office on Aug 6, 2020. After the eye exam lady at the desk refused to provide a copy of the eye prescription saying that we have to pay out of pocket. Although our insurance covers our visit 100% and confirmed on the phone with your operator included. This is the violation of my daughter’s right and I am planning to report this violation to FTC.
