Stay Away. Don't trust them with your car. They come up with random BS excuses. You'll get delay after delay after delay. DON'T WANT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR A SIMPLE 5 DAY REPAIR? THEN DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! 95% of the time your car is going to be sitting there wasting away. Find somewhere else to take your car to. Please.
Houston's least professional... – Houston Euro Collision was recommended to me by another reputable auto shop. I also took the time to read all the reviews and decided I would take my car to Houston Euro to get front bumper work done. Boy was that the worst decision ever! These guys kept delaying on my car and came up with excuses after excuses. First, they received the wrong parts causing another week's delay. great place – Houston Euro Collision is an awesome place to take your vehicle. I was recently in a major accident and the girls up front were so sweet & friendly. Jorge the Body Shop Manager walked me through the whole process and kept me inform the whole time. The repair itself was amazing my Mercedes looked wonderful and drove great. Kudos to Houston Euro Collision for the great repair on my car.
