Very professional . Took me on time or earlier. Two different Audiologists did hearing tests on me after Dr Kathleen McDonald checked me out. Once tests were completed, Dr. McDonald came to talk to me about the hearing results. She advised me to come back to talk with an audiologist about hearing aids if my hearing issues bothered me just to see what they could do for me. The visit was a pleasant experience!!
Miss McDonald was awesome and so was her staff

Dr was rude, wanting to run unnecessary tests imo, felt rushed, why give a patient hearing tests with clogged ears except for insurance monies
