This was the first watch repair shop I've been to in Houston. When I had my watch repaired in Portland, OR, it costed roughly $80-100 every time and I would have to wait an hour. I called them in advance to schedule an appointment and they say that I can walk-in, which is what I did. They finished replacing the battery within 10 minutes and I asked how much do I owe them. Though delayed, my thanks is no less sincere than in April when the store took on the challenge of piecing together my grandmother's broken jade bracelet. I knew I could probably never wear it again due to its fragility, but the sealed cracks are not visible at all from the display stand where I now keep it. It was so kind of you to waive the charge for the repair. Houston Diamonds is first on my list for my next jewelry occasion.
