My wife initially liked the ring. However, one of the corner stones has fallen out 3 times in the 2 years we have had the ring. They repair the ring but it costs us $60 to ship it there and back each time it breaks (not to mention a month where she does not have the ring). It has also left a rash on her ring finger. We discussed this with Houston Diamond District and they would not do anything to solve the problem. The ring is clearly low quality, do not buy from Houston Diamond District.

Poor quality ring nearly $1000.00 and it literally snapped in half like a plastic one out of a quarter machine. Customer service what’s to charge me to not replace it but to repair it. Even though they have a lifetime warranty. There’s no sign of abuse. Just a bad quality ring, awful representation of the company by Nathan who works here and warranty that has no real merit. If you still buy for these guys after this review and doing some research on the internet then you too will be sorry.
