Karen, Brad, the staff, and the residents were beyond expectations. After a less than positive experience with a previous assisted living facility, my MIL was treated with compassion and dignity in her final days. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
Houston Creek Assisted Living is the most wonderful, caring facility one could possibly ask for ! Run by loving, caring owners and staff with expertise, experience and attention to every detail, I could not have asked for a better experience for my elderly mother. I am the POA for a resident here. This facility is 5 Star in my opinion! My client has never looked better, has a beautiful room and I love the staff. My client raves about the food and kind and compassionate treatment she gets. The post by Linda Glonek is lacking any truth as I have asked the facility to trespass her a due to her inappropriate behavior.
I have a friend that is living there I have known here for several years. They won’t let me talk to her on the phone or even visit her I ask them I want to come visit her and the staff hung up on me not very Professional I’m sure she is wondering why I haven’t been to see her I felt with a lot of homes and never had so much Unrespectable and ruin staff there
Wonderful facility and family and workers. Like staying at a friend's house. They took great care of my mother for over a year before she died.
