There was some miscommunication with my closing agent who formerly worked for Houston Capital. Brant Phillips was unaware of this issue that had gone on for several months, but once he was made aware he went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly. He was not required to do anything, but did so anyway as that is the type of person he is. All of of my communication and meeting with him were nothing but pleasant.

We dealt with Walter Perez whom was professional and on point- I will say Houston Capital Home Buyers was easy to deal with and stuck to their word when it came to closing. We had a property that is in pretty bad disrepair that was inherited. We just wanted to get rid of it and Walter walked us through the entire process.
