Office staff was rude. Showed up for appointment that was written on the office appointment card and they looked at me like I was crazy and said dr. Arani was out of town. I have messages on my phone reminding me of my appointment. They turned me away then called me the next day and said I had an appointment with another doctor who I have never seen. One of the best Primary Care Physicians I have ever had. I have had some really terrible PCP doctors and only a few excellent PCPs. Dr Perez is extremely thorough and thoughtful. She explains so you can understand. Definately worth the wait.

My 87 yr old mother had an appointment for 3pm. Apparently, someone made a computer mistake and they said we did not have an appointment even though I showed them the paperwork that clearly showed we had an appointment. They claimed they did not have our insurance information even though one of the staff said they did have it on file. They should have worked us in since it was their mistake. Dr. Crow is amazing! Having to see an oncologist is scary and nerve-racking, but this loving, thoughtful doctor makes visits very pleasant. Dr. Crow is engaging, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Crow, thanks for being YOU...... I appreciate your outstanding "bedside manners." Please know that your caring personality helps patients deal with difficult diagnoses. Blessings!!
