Although we brought a large group, the staff were gracious, more than accommodating and RIGHT ON with listening and finding the perfect dress. My daughter looked like an angel and we never dreamed she would choose what she did. Thank you for making her day so special.

I can't say enough good things about the employees of Houston Bridal. They were always extremely friendly at all of my appointments and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. And the seamstress, CiCi is absolutely amazing. She turned a plain white dress into the dress of my dreams!!!
I just finished dealing with this bridal salon as a bridesmaid and they have to have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! I got married in June of 2014 - and I never had to deal with any of the issues that I had when dealing with this salon. All 6 of the bridesmaids went in and tried on dresses, we got measured, and ordered our sizes according to what the sales associate recommended. When the dresses came in, I went to try mine on.
