no good – This shop botched my wheel repair. I brought the bike back, asking that they really fix it, please, only to catch haughty attitude from the mechanic, too busy watching a DVD to pay attention to the work. They tell you the work will be done by a certain day, but don't meet the deadline. They also don't contact you to tell you they're running late or they're finished.
