Giving this place a 1 star would be an exaggeration as it does NOT even deserve a 1/2 of a star!!!!!! My friend who has a severe heart condition has been taken there by some doctor from Bentaub and has absolutely NO mental illness. He has been there for going on 9 days and they will NOT give him any answers as to why he is there, when he is leaving or transfer him to his regular cardiologist at Methodist. The Psychiatrist he has seen there (because he has to) won't even look him in the eye. She just continues to write in the... read more
This place is worse than a juvenile detention center! It feels like you are bringing your child to jail. The staff are the most insincere, uncaring, condescending and rude people that you will ever meet in a supposed "healthcare" setting. They do not follow their own rules. My daughter was assaulted and had her clothes stolen while there, and the staff did nothing about it. The staff do not pay attention to the patients, rarely check on them, and talk to them like they are prisoners. The "therapists" are inept and uncaring a... read more
