I ordered my pendant 2 years ago in memory of my dad who passed away from colon cancer. He was a Philadelphia Police Sargeant. From the time I placed my order to the time I received it in my hands, the Houston Badge company were phenomenal! Excellent customer service! They explained the process of creating my pendant, I uploaded my photo and it seems like I received my pendant within days. My pendant still looks brand new 2 years later!
