Houston Auto Sales did a decent job selling us a car and trading in ours. But their follow-up was a mess—slow registration and poor communication. Most important, they hid $1,000+ worth of seatbelt damage and wouldn’t take responsibility. Emin from sales stopped responding after the maintenance issue was raised. Watch out: don’t buy from them without seeing the car first—buyer beware.
My greatest experience ever, I never thought that buying a car was that easy and simple, they basically treated me as family. No last minute hidden numbers, all the numbers were the same from the 1st moment to the end of the deal. I definitely recommend them 5 stars plus! Honestly a happy customer here!
