DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is a SCAM! Nick Hellyar was not that helpful. I pretty much found my own apartment then ask if I use him as reference can I still get the rebate. He looked up my apartment and he said yes I will be able to. So on my application I put his name down and even filled out the form for him to mail me my rebate check TWICE! I am not sure if Joyce Kaufman works at this location, but DO NOT do business with her. I had been in search of a new apartment and I saw an ad about apartment locators. I initially spoke with a representative by the name of Nick and he was okay but unable to assist me. As a recommendation, I was given Joyce Kaufman’s name. The staff was super friendly over the phone which was a great relief. That never happens. My friend recommended me here because he found his apt through them. They sent me a list with apartment specials so I got a great deal and then they sent me money in the mail for using them. They said they send all of their clients money who use them and list them down on their application. I'll definitely be using them next time i move.

Great company and super friendly staff. Nick provided a lot of really helpful information about apartment hunting and the do's and don'ts when looking for a place. He was super helpful through the entire process and was always available via phone or email when I had questions. HAAL definitely made apartment hunting in Houston a lot easier for me and I was able to find the perfect place for me! I was new and unfamiliar with the Houston area, so I wasn't sure where to start searching. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find the best place for my needs, and it was super smooth process. Will definitely use them again next time I need to look for an apartment.
