Worst appraisal we have ever received in our 40+ years of buying and selling homes. (10+ homes). The owner sent a new young employee, who was in training to do it by himself. He was there about an hour and didn't save his work on his tablet and had to start over. After another hour of work, he was completed. Very caring for me as a tenant!
Do not let this man in your home he has done irreparable damage to my property , he spent more time proving to the county he was right and they were wrong that he actually did on the appraisal, just to prove he was a better appraiser than the county I only gave him a one star because there wasn't a place to put zero
