You can tell alot about a person by the way that they treat people/potential customers and I hate to say it, but total douchebags. This clearly explains the 2.8 rating prior to my review.

Worst appraisal we have ever received in our 40+ years of buying and selling homes. (10+ homes). The owner sent a new young employee, who was in training to do it by himself. He was there about an hour and didn't save his work on his tablet and had to start over. After another hour of work, he was completed. Another hour later, the owner shows up who should have been there doing the appraisal in the first place.
