Hector was the shiznit! I truly mean it when I say that he was very professional and educated me on my unit, which I appreciated. Another company installed and did a poor job- in less than 6 months my already replaced dehumidifier was not functioning properly. Will be using Houston Admiral from now on because I know it will taken care of correctly.

I paid $400 for Freon that was gone the next day. I questioned BEFORE it was done why they would add Freon if there is leak but said they needed to do it to find the leak. Next day $400 gone. Called office and they were SO rude. As if $400 was $4. I will no longer refer anyone -not because of the tech but the attitude of the company.

Our Technion Dylan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and showed us pictures of what was going on with our system.
