Edgar did an outstanding job servicing our AC system. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the repairs, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely care about their customers, but Edgar definitely does. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!
Technician Edgar was in my home today for a heater check. Houston Admiral has been servicing my HVAC unit for several years. Edgar has been in my home several times and is always attentive, knowledgeable, and takes me through each step of his review with good and not so good news. He doesn’t rush through his review as he takes time to answer any questions. He’s respectful of my time as he keeps me posted of his arrival and completion times. He’s thoughtful as he cleans up any fallen insulation. Great job!!

Edgar was on time. He did a great job of giving me information about my furnace. Gave me a quote on what I needed was very thorough. Took lots of pictures. Did a great job. Thank you.
Great people. Honest! John and Hector came out. They could have told me I needed all kinds of expensive things but they didn't. AC actually working good but my duct work had leaks. The crew that came in really had a hard time getting into some of the tiny spaces in my attic but they were able to get way into to corners and run new vents, return air and ducts, and they cleaned everything up afterwards.
