Apartment was comfortable, clean and very convenient. Heba and Hasan were helpful and always available to answer questions or help in any way. We were there for 3 months and it was a home away from home for us. Thank you for making it so easy to be there.
Needed a place last minute while on a medical trip to MDAnderson. This place was so close and convenient. Hasan who worked us was such a wonderful help. He even found us a wheelchair and was very accommodating and offered recommendations. Couldn't have handled being at the Doubletree more than the 2 days (bad). 3 weeks was a long time and he even helped us out when we had to stay an additional 2 days. The whole Access team was incredibly helpful when we needed to find a place to stay during treatment at MDA. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well furnished. When we had to extend our stay unexpectedly, last-minute, they were able to help us, which was such a relief. If you're not sure where to stay during treatment at the Med Center, I can't recommend Access highly enough.
We stayed for five weeks in the Elan Med Center apartments and were soooooo happy with our experience renting through Access Corporate Accommodations. While we were there, the washing machine in our apartment stopped working. Hasan ordered a new one and had it installed immediately.
