the man answers the phone and i ask if they pick up at any houston location or if they just drop off arrivals only. and the man says in the most country hick voice ever i quote "60 dollars min point A to B. and its thanks to OBAMA and over 1000 busniesses out of busniess thanks to OBAMA. it wasnt the toothfairy that did it. it was OBAMA!" I booked my travel from the woodlands to IAH . This was my Christmas vacation so my wife and I decided to go in style. I had a confirmation email so no worries. The adverts state they will be on time or they fire the driver. My driver never turned up! I called the office after 5 minutes past the time slot, the person who answered said he would call me back. Absolutely do not, I repeat DO NOT, book with these people. They are the rudest most belligerent company I have ever dealt with and I deal with a lot of them, I'm a full-time travel agent. I was told if I was voting for a certain Presidential candidate they didn't want my business and I could go ____ myself. Absolutely incredible. How they stay in business is beyond me. I would have given them a no star if the option was available!

There isn't a negative rating so the best I can do is 1 star. My wife just got through deaing with this company. She was trying to get confirmation information from them to ensure they did indeed have her on the book, the man at the other end became belligerent with her yelling and cursing. The website states that it is run by retired people. Front company does not dispatch own vehicles, only provides cell phone number not real landline phone number offered. Driver will call customer in the middle of night for directions, waking entire family, wife very upset over driver waking our infant. Driver's cannot read a map.
