Our family hasn't even moved in yet, And the staff treated us like family, they were compassionate, caring, explained every detail of the lease and the property. I lived in apartments for a couple years that were very affordable, especially for the location that is right down the road from Court St. Uptown. Maintenance was great and helped on the rare occasions I needed anything. Sandy and her staff were great with communication and they were always fair with any issues, with the main goal of running a business, yet being caring and understanding. A very friendly company to rent through and highly recommend to anyone who wants to live comfortably uptown.
I had a very positive experience renting from Housing HotLink. This was my first time renting, and it was very easy to work with them to get the best experience for me, especially with the rental prices. The maintenance folks are kind and responsive, and never left a mess.
My family has rented off of Housinghotlink since 2022. We have had nothing but an amazing experience from day one. Sandy has been so helpful in every situation, we have had the best maintenance since we’ve moved in. This is by far the best landlord in town. We will miss our home and the amazing memories we have made here!
