I had a great time getting an apartment with them. Great prices, great managers and real estate agents. I lived at 1 S Congress St and that was one of the best decisions I made in Athens

I lived in apartments for a couple years that were very affordable, especially for the location that is right down the road from Court St. Uptown. Maintenance was great and helped on the rare occasions I needed anything. Sandy and her staff were great with communication and they were always fair with any issues, with the main goal of running a business, yet being caring and understanding. A very friendly company to rent through and highly recommend to anyone who wants to live comfortably uptown.
