My family has rented off of Housinghotlink since 2022. We have had nothing but an amazing experience from day one. Sandy has been so helpful in every situation, we have had the best maintenance since we’ve moved in. This is by far the best landlord in town. We will miss our home and the amazing memories we have made here!

One of the best rental companies in Athens! I recommend them to everyone I know. Sandy is hands down one of the best people to deal with when it comes to renting. They are fast and efficient when it comes to repairs. Very timely responses and were able to help me when I needed to relocate out of Athens, can’t thank them enough!
I haven't moved in yet but a bunch of my friends live in their properties and have nothing but good things to say. Sandy's been really kind in helpful finding my friend and I an apartment. Highly reccomend!!!
I appreciate Todd’s work he put in on my toilet because it was running. He came once he thought he had fixed it but something wasn’t right, it was still running kept me awake but now is fixed ! Greatly appreciated !
