Absolutely terrible people. Convoluted and unhelpful. They love the sound of their own voice.
Finally someone answered the phone, very nice and pleasant to talk too and helpful.
I made a phone call on 2/24/23 and was transferred to a rep. I explained that I'm trying to move from Mitchell because there are no available rentals. I was rudely interrupted several times by the rep, she was talking to someone else while I was on the phone. I had to ask questions and she would just answer "yes" . I got off the phone thinking...this is either not a place that wants to help people in need, or SHE needs to find a different field of work.
