Try find page write google review on maintenance line but can't find Give more stars because this office always helpful to mum and me But maintenance line is terrible So my mum call maintenance on something need fixing in house they say 1 day to 2 weeks she wait 2 weeks so call again ask have why noone show up fix it person was rude say not been 2 weeks but was then she wait long time again call them ask why noone show up fix they said someone should be there by now to fix it then say so we maintenance line not there respons... read more

Unfortunately ...goverment offices have not enough staff...too much work...a bit of burocracy .... Consumers are usually ignored ...lack ot time to serve clients in a proper way.. Poor people are punished because of it... Not enough money spent to help people in need... Same issues around the world...

All of the staff and the housing offices at Ringwood housing need to be sacked. They do not do their job. They do not return emails or phone calls unless the ombudsman has been contacted. I’ve had no working heater for nine days now and I’m being told I’m not entitled to compensation When the law clearly states I am . I’ve also had knives pulled on me live next to people drug dealing stolen cars in and out every day. I’ve reported everything and housing does nothing to kick these dogs out. Typical government department. The address here is incorrect, it is 21 Ringwood St. (Edit submitted) it is on the other corner of Bond St. BRAND NEW swishy building..... shame they didn't put same effort into the housing for the vulnerable. 😢
