Unfortunately ...goverment offices have not enough staff...too much work...a bit of burocracy .... Consumers are usually ignored ...lack ot time to serve clients in a proper way.. Poor people are punished because of it... Not enough money spent to help people in need... Same issues around the world...
All of the staff and the housing offices at Ringwood housing need to be sacked. They do not do their job. They do not return emails or phone calls unless the ombudsman has been contacted. I’ve had no working heater for nine days now and I’m being told I’m not entitled to compensation When the law clearly states I am . Typical government department. The address here is incorrect, it is 21 Ringwood St. (Edit submitted) it is on the other corner of Bond St. BRAND NEW swishy building..... shame they didn't put same effort into the housing for the vulnerable. 😢
Organised an appointment to terminate residency, when I had arrived, they were offsite and didn't organise another appointment with someone else. I also went to the address as it appears on google 25 Ringwood Street, they aren't there anymore. Had to check the email for the new address. No parking close by, I had my disabled mum with me who struggles to walk distances, she was struggling to breathe and we had to take rests while we looked for the place. Absolutely pathetic to deal with.. my sister is paying rent for the rubbish unit you provide for her and the oven is defective.. tried to get it fixed a few times already, and you just keep delaying it not even bothering to complete the job in a timely fashion. It's not like the unit is free. It is your responsibility to complete this job in a reasonable time frame. The poor girl can't even cook her dinner. This is getting ridiculous now.
