Pathetic at answering phones once you get past reception. Noone is ever available when needed, always leave a message. Can't be in training or meetings everyday of the week. What's with the regular street spying, isn't that harrassing renters?No prior notice...Not allowing people to enjoy their peace and privacy??? I just called, the lady who answered was horrible, “what do you want” “where do you live” I just wanted maintenance she transferred me to my housing officer who never answers her phone ether. The automated message says at the start that their trying to make their servers better, but there far from it, horrible people to deal with.
