I had a very CONCERNING and HORRIBLE experience with Housing Resources in Montrose during what was classified as a heating EMERGENCY. Despite my case being labeled an emergency, it took 13 days and MULTIPLE phone calls for a technician to come out. When he finally did, he stated he would return later that same day with a part and would call with an update. He never called and never returned. My hot water heater went out a few months ago. I didn't have the money to replace it. I was beside myself with worry. I went to housing resources to see if they could help. I had been on the waiting list for their weatherization program. Wendy and Kelly got to work with Mike Stout.
