Back in sept 2018 a friend had a minor, but majorly disruptive repair need. The pipe going from her bathroom to the basement sprang a hole and everythime she used the bathroom for anything it would pour all over the basement. So she and her son (with special needs) had to stop using the bathroom and quickly repair it. I bought my home with the help of Housing Resources Inc. back in August of 2017. My housing counselor Eloisa was great at explaining to me the grants that I was eligible for, loan products I could choose from and helped me address things I should take care of on my credit report. In the end it's about the work that YOU put into it. Housing Resources is there to guide you through the process and make your dreams of homeownership a reality! I am so happy in my home.
I just got the run around with these people and I still dont know why I was not selected for the homeowner tax program. They just stop talking to me I got no help and no response from them and I went through the classes and finished them. I would not refer anyone to this program.
My wife and I were impressed at the professionalism, helpfulness, and broad appeal of Housing Resources.
