We have been living at our current apartment for about 6 months now and can say Housing Quarters is one of the best out there! We got priced out of our area in Idaho so we found this place. My boyfriend and I really didn't have a lot of experience renting and we were low on cash but Housing Quarters worked with us so we didn't have to live in our car. Home Quarters and their team are an absolute GEM!! They are on top of everything and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have worked with other property manages and contractors and they are by far the best we have worked with!!
I have had a great experience with this team. They had to deal with a crazy roll over from a backyard deal. They accepted all of the craziness with professionalism. Their lead contractor called me to triple verify my desires with my property when it needed significant repairs. All around a great company that turns crazy into a smooth experience.
We have neighbors downstairs that are abusive to each other, their kids, and at time threatened us bc we sometimes call crime check on the abuse, we tried calling housing quarters about the noise and abuse but they just said to get the cops involved and even then nothing happens, I wouldn't be surprised if something happened to us and they would also just say get the cops as they won't get involved, if you want somewhere safe to live, don't go to this company
