I am A HOC voucher holder. It is wonderful to be blessed to have a voucher. I live. Wonderfully And that I'm grateful to, however, the employee's at the HOC office on bonnet street are some of the most nastiest unprofessional people, their work ethic. Lacks, luster, you're not supposed to be impatient. with people. It is your job to serve. It is a privilege to be here to serve the only person that is kind. And very helpful and have good work ethics is Mr. Jose, my hat. Goes off to him. I really do hope this gets better.

Ms.Carnita and Mrs.bancy did a wonderful job in helping me with all of my questions and make my moms day and my day so wonderful with their customer service expertise and positivity

I honestly don't understand who's hiring the people in this office. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and act as if helping someone is a personal inconvenience. It's unbelievable how disrespectful they are for no reason. Is anyone actually monitoring the phone calls or the way they speak to people? This behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
