Do not recommend. They allow their tenants to risk heat stroke during a heatwave of up to 100+ degrees because they are too cheap to fix the ac unit for the building. Oh, did I mention the property mainly houses elderly and disabled people?! SMH shame on you!
I live in Newberry Estates in Williamsport Pa and this is the company that manages the property.With that being said their employees don't do what they are supposed to pertaining to the rules in the lease.I have made several complaints about the person who lives in the apartment above me playing loud music ,pounding and stomping all night ,knocking pics off the wall and breaking my stuff and nothing is being done.The property manager Jessice Garcia has done nothing to deal with this issue.I met with Jessica and her boss Ryan... read more
