I'm honestly so disappointed with this company right now. I had been on their waiting list for YEARS. I hadn't heard anything. I called to check in. The girl on the phone (very friendly not her fault) said I was removed about 6 months ago. They randomly sent a letter asking if I wanted to be on the wait list. It's 2025 why are these things not being done online/email. I never got a letter. So just like that gone. All that time down the drain only to start again. Do not recommend. They allow their tenants to risk heat stroke during a heatwave of up to 100+ degrees because they are too cheap to fix the ac unit for the building. Oh, did I mention the property mainly houses elderly and disabled people?! SMH shame on you!
