It was one of the worst renting experiences I've ever had for multiple reasons, then they had the audacity to take $200 from the deposit to move the broken washer and dryer they wouldn't fix back into the unit after I moved out.

They have been friendly and helpful from the beginning of our lease. Due to the company one of us works for imploding, they have been patient and helpful on everything. We have not needed anything fixed in the year we have lived where we are. But the house was in ok condition, not expecting a mansion. I cannot say I like their no call system. They want us to pretty much use their website, and that thing will continue to charge late fees for late fees that you paid personally and not on the site. Overall though I like Katie a... read more

This is the worst property management company in Brookings. I had to rent from them for 2 years, but it was the worst 2 years of my life. If you can find another company to rent from I would, it just unfortunate that owners trust in them taking care of properties when that is the last thing on their mind. Getting a check is way more important than making sure their tenants are safe. They don’t respond to text, email, calls.
