They're backed up on their paperwork and closed. now they don't even bother to put you on a waiting list. They just reject new cases. There's a huge housing shortage in South Florida
Shelly is no help at all they wanna take ur money so quick and don’t want to help you find a unit Robert wants to act like a business man showing you raggedy units knowing he wouldn’t stay there... this whole place is raned down and ghetto and should be shut down... Shelly and Robert are the worst and I would not recommend you to go to them whatsoever
Robert and Shelly are very unprofessional please do not go to them for anything I gave them my two deposits which was 2700 and they kept giving me units for 55 and older and Shelly sit her not so cute self in that office and not do anything but plays round with Robert and they are never on time to any of the units they have you go see
