Called HGF to try and help a friend get back on track on a defaulted 2nd. HGF came with a high cost resolution and unwilling to negotiate at all. Then say they will file default ASAP. Bad experience.
Very professional and very personable. I have a special place in my heart for Mr.Dennis Lanni as he opened up his heart to me and blessed me with $20k out of his own pocket just because it was the right thing to do but he didn't have to. I will forever remember the housing group fund.
